End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“End User”) and Insight Venue (“Company”) for the use of the Top 15 Best website and its associated software, services, and content (“Product”). By accessing or using the Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Product.

1. License Grant

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Product solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  1. Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Product.
  2. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Product, except as permitted by applicable law.
  3. Use the Product for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
  4. Transfer, lease, sublicense, or resell the Product to any third party.

3. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Product, including content, design, and underlying technology, are owned by Insight Venue or its licensors. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

4. Updates and Modifications

The Company may provide updates, enhancements, or modifications to the Product at its discretion. These updates may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be provided at the time of update.

5. Privacy and Data Collection

Your use of the Product is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Product, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Company may terminate your access to the Product without notice if you breach any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product and destroy any related materials.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  1. The Product is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  2. The Company does not guarantee that the Product will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with your system.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Product, including loss of data or business interruption.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to this Agreement

The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted with an updated “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Product after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
